Southern Alberta Campout

Join us for a weekend of outdoor adventure, relaxation, and camaraderie in the beautiful Oldman River area of Southern Alberta! Whether you're looking to fish, enjoy nature, or simply unwind by the river, this campout is the perfect escape.

Event Details:

• Dates: Thursday, August 14th to Sunday, August 17th, 2025
• Location: Oldman River area (exact location and check-in details will be provided to registrants)
• Accommodation: Bring your trailer, RV, tent, or sleep in your vehicle. Note that there are no single-day options, but you can join for one, two, or all three nights.
• Pricing:
  • Trailers, RVs, and Tents: $55 for the whole weekend
  • Vehicle camping: $35 for the whole weekend
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are allowed up until the event, but please be aware that a cancellation fee will apply.

Things to Keep in Mind:

• This camp has no power, so please bring extra gas if you're coming with a trailer. There are no stores nearby, and you'll need to bring your own drinking water.
• Cell service requires some travel beyond the campsite, so disconnect and immerse yourself in nature!
• We’ll be gathering around the campfire in the evenings for icebreaker games, storytelling, and sharing the day’s experiences. It’s a great time to relax, make new friends, and swap fishing stories.
• No group meals will be provided, but you’re welcome to coordinate with other members to cook and share meals.
